Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher

Summary
After a classmate’s tragic death by suicide, Clay Jensen gets tapes from an anonymous sender. On them is his classmate, Hannah Baker, who recorded them before she died by suicide. He listens to them throughout the book to find out why he was on the list for him being a reason she’s gone.

Would you recommend this book?
Yes and no. It depends on the type of person you are. If you struggle with suicidal thoughts, I wouldn’t recommend it. Since it brings attention, but some may think it glorifies suicide.

Rating: 4 out of 5.
